Coaching for Women
I believe many women spend so much time responding to the needs and expectations around them that they slowly lose connection with themselves internally.
My work is about slowing things down enough to understand what’s happening beneath the surface—emotionally, mentally, and internally—so you can reconnect with yourself in a more grounded and honest way.
Together, we work on developing greater emotional awareness, internal steadiness, and self-trust, so you can move forward with more clarity and alignment.
This work is gentle, collaborative, and deeply human.
It’s not about becoming someone new.
It’s about reconnecting with yourself.
Disconnection
You’re still showing up for your life—but you don’t feel fully like yourself anymore.
Somewhere along the way, you may have become so focused on meeting responsibilities, caring for others, adapting to expectations, or simply getting through each day that your connection to yourself became quieter in the process.
Disconnection doesn’t always look dramatic.
Often, it looks like:
- Feeling emotionally flat, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself
- Constantly thinking about what everyone else needs while losing sight of your own needs
- Feeling restless or dissatisfied, even when life looks “fine” on the outside
- Living in constant doing mode, with little space to slow down and check in with yourself
- Struggling to trust your decisions or inner voice
- Feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of what you truly want
- Looking outside yourself for reassurance, answers, or validation
At the heart of disconnection is often a growing distance between who you truly are and how you’ve learned to function in the world.
You may still be coping, achieving, and holding everything together on the outside, but underneath that, there can be a quiet sense that something important is missing.
Take the quiz to better understand the emotional patterns and experiences that may be contributing to disconnection from yourself.
Identity Shift
Whether you feel disconnected
or you are already starting to question and shift.
Both experiences lead to the same place:
The need to come back into a real relationship with yourself.
Not a quick fix.
Not a new identity to perform.
But something deeper and more sustainable.
This is the work.
The Finding Her Journey
This work is not about fixing you or forcing clarity before you’re ready.
It’s a gentle process of understanding yourself more deeply, reconnecting with your internal world, and creating change from a grounded place.
What we work with on this journey
Becoming Aware (Noticing)
What it is:
Becoming aware of your patterns, thoughts, emotional responses, and disconnection.
What it feels like:
Clarity begins—but also discomfort.
You start seeing what you’ve been ignoring.
Finding Steadiness (Regulating)
What it is:
Learning how to work with your nervous system and emotions instead of being controlled by them.
What it feels like:
Less reactivity.
More space between trigger and response.
A growing sense of stability.
Coming back to yourself (Reconnecting)
What it is:
Coming back into relationship with your needs, feelings, intuition, and inner voice.
What it feels like:
Relief. Softness.
Moments of “this feels like me again.”
Rebuilding Self-Trust (Alignment)
What it is:
Reshaping your identity, boundaries, decisions, and life from a grounded place.
What it feels like:
Empowering—but also unfamiliar.
You begin choosing differently. More ease, more alignment and more consistency in being yourself.
What Changes
This work doesn’t turn you into someone else.
It brings you back to yourself.
Over time, you may notice:
- You trust yourself more
- You respond instead of react
- You feel more emotionally steady
- You make decisions with more clarity
- You stop abandoning yourself in relationships
- You feel more present in your life
- You no longer feel like you’re constantly “figuring yourself out”
Not perfectly.
But genuinely.
If you’re in a season where things feel unclear, heavy, or quietly different from before, this is a space where you can slow down, make sense of it, and begin finding your way back to yourself.
You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin.
You just need to be willing to look at yourself honestly—and be supported in doing it.
