I have had the privilege of completing the Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach training. This experience, the people I met and the knowledge I gained has been invaluable to me. It is an honour to have learnt from a person so esteemed and respected for her life journey and her work. I hope to share in her values of positively impacting the lives of others.

Wayfinder Life Coach Training

“The people who join my Wayfinder Life Coach Training seem to be a lot like me. They don’t pretend to have perfect lives, but they feel a strong inner pull towards helping others, and they’re committed to finding and following a personal sense of mission. Together, we form a community of like-minded idealists, determined to create a better world one life at a time.

As a Harvard-educated social scientist, bestselling author, and veteren life coach, my career has been spent changing countless lives using my signature tools, which have been called “simple, practical, and incredibly powerful.” A lifelong scholar, I consistently update my methodologies in response to emerging research in psychology, neuroscience, and even quantum machanics.” Martha Beck (Quoted from Wayfinder Life Coach Training – Martha Beck)

I hold the Associate Certified Coach Credential (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Associate Certified Coach

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the leading global organization for coaches and coaching. ICF is dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high standards, providing independent certification and building a worldwide network of trained coaching professionals.

ICF credentials are awarded to professional coaches who have met stringent education and
experience requirements and have demonstrated a thorough understanding of the coaching competencies that set the standard in the profession. Achieving credentials through ICF signifies a coach’s commitment to integrity, understanding and mastery of coaching skills, and dedication to clients.

What is coaching?

Coaching is defined as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that
inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity, and leadership.

As a coach I am not here to give advice or tell you how to live your life. Every person holds within them all the answers to their life’s questions. I am here to create a safe space for you to reflect your own questions and unpack any layers that might be covering the simplicity of your own being. I help to express, ask questions, reflect and find the answers within yourself.

The connection I wish to create through my coaching can be summarized in this quote from Brené Brown.

‘Connection – the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgement, and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship’

Brené Brown

Jen has the exceptional gift of connecting very deeply and naturally with people, meeting them exactly where they are. Her personality makes you feel safe and familiar almost immediately, as though you have known each other for much longer than you actually have. She has the wisdom and insight of an old soul — the ability to see right through the chaos, identify the core issues, and find the words to help you understand how to address them. In just a few sessions, she has used more techniques and tools than I have experienced with any psychologist before. What makes her approach so special, though, is that you can genuinely feel that she is interested and that she truly cares. And this isn't simply part of her professional role — it is authentically who she is in her everyday life. She is a warm, honest and gentle guide. Her calming presence leaves you feeling more grounded and more in control, while also helping you develop greater compassion and understanding for yourself.

Jennifer has guided me through the rough part of finding myself again after becoming a mum. My desire to carry on with my professional life while being a present mother for my child was conflicting with some new emotions that were emerging. It’s easy to get lost if you don’t find the right words or the way to untangle the ‘new you’. Jennifer’s guidance to unveil my new vision was beyond useful. She allows space for something nice to come out, she listens and brings the right questions when needed. I recommend Jennifer as a women’s coach.

Thanks Jen

I wholeheartedly recommend Jennifer as a truly exceptional life coach who has made an immeasurable difference in my life. Jen possesses a rare combination of empathy, wisdom and the ability to listen attentively without any judgement. Jen created a safe environment for me to be completely honest. Her thought-provoking questions allowed me to gain profound insight into the issues I was dealing with. Through her guidance I developed a clearer understanding of how to approach difficulties. If you are seeking a life coach who will genuinely care about your success and well-being, provide invaluable guidance, and empower you to become the best version of yourself, I wholeheartedly endorse Jen. She’s made all the difference in my life and I have no doubt that she will do the same for each one of her clients.

Big thank you Jen.
