# Coaching for women

##### Coaching for Women

I believe many **women** spend so much time **responding to the needs** and **expectations** **around them** that they **slowly lose connection with themselves** internally.

My work is about slowing things down enough to understand what’s happening beneath the surface—**emotionally, mentally, and internally**—so you can** reconnect with yourself** in a more grounded and honest way.

Together, we work on **developing greater emotional awareness**, **internal steadiness**, and **self-trust**, so you can move forward with more **clarity **and** alignment.**

This work is **gentle, collaborative**, and **deeply human**.

**It’s not about becoming someone new.**
***It’s about reconnecting with yourself.***

## **Disconnection**

You’re still showing up for your life—but you **don’t feel fully like yourself anymore.**

Somewhere along the way, you may have become so focused on meeting **responsibilities, caring for others, adapting to expectations**, or simply getting through each day that your **connection to yourself became quieter in the process.**

Disconnection doesn’t always look dramatic.

Often, it looks like:

- Feeling emotionally flat, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself
- Constantly thinking about what everyone else needs while losing sight of your own needs
- Feeling restless or dissatisfied, even when life looks “fine” on the outside
- Living in constant doing mode, with little space to slow down and check in with yourself
- Struggling to trust your decisions or inner voice
- Feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of what you truly want
- Looking outside yourself for reassurance, answers, or validation

***At the heart of disconnection is often a growing distance between who you truly are and how you’ve learned to function in the world.***

You may still be coping, achieving, and holding everything together on the outside, but underneath that, there can be a quiet sense that something important is missing.

**Take the quiz** to better understand the **emotional patterns** and **experiences** that may be **contributing to disconnection** from yourself.

## **Identity Shift**

**Something in you is changing**—but you can’t fully put it into yet.

Something about **your life, identity, or direction no longer feels quite right**, but the next chapter hasn’t fully revealed itself yet.

**Identity shifts** can be triggered **by life transitions**, motherhood, burnout, loss, growth, changing priorities, or simply the quiet realization that the **way you’ve been living** **no longer feels aligned.**

It doesn’t always feel dramatic or obvious.

Often, it looks like:

- Feeling in-between versions of yourself
- Questioning what truly matters to you now
- Feeling restless or dissatisfied with how things are
- Outgrowing certain roles, expectations, or ways of being
- Feeling pulled toward change, but unsure what comes next
- Feeling both hopeful and uncertain at the same time
- Feeling less understood by people around you
- Sensing that you’re becoming someone new, even if you can’t yet describe who that is

***At the heart of identity shift is often a growing awareness that the life, identity, or roles that once fit no longer fully reflect who you are becoming.***

This isn’t about losing yourself.

It’s about navigating the space between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming.

**Take the quiz** to explore whether you may be moving through a season of **transition, reinvention**, or **personal growth**.

Whether you feel disconnected
or you are already starting to question and shift.

Both experiences lead to the same place:

**The need to come back into a real relationship with yourself.**

Not a quick fix.
Not a new identity to perform.

But something deeper and more sustainable.

**This is the work.**

### The Finding Her Journey

This work is not about fixing you or forcing clarity before you’re ready.

It’s a gentle process of **understanding yourself** more deeply, **reconnecting** with your internal world, and** creating change** from a** grounded place**.

### What we work with on this journey

##### Becoming Aware (Noticing)

**What it is:**
Becoming aware of your patterns, thoughts, emotional responses, and disconnection.

**What it feels like:**
Clarity begins—but also discomfort.
You start seeing what you’ve been ignoring.

##### Finding Steadiness (Regulating)

**What it is:**
Learning how to work with your nervous system and emotions instead of being controlled by them.

**What it feels like:**
Less reactivity.
More space between trigger and response.
A growing sense of stability.

##### Coming back to yourself (Reconnecting)

**What it is:**
Coming back into relationship with your needs, feelings, intuition, and inner voice.

**What it feels like:**
Relief. Softness.
Moments of “this feels like me again.”

##### Rebuilding Self-Trust (Alignment)

**What it is:**
Reshaping your identity, boundaries, decisions, and life from a grounded place.

**What it feels like:**
Empowering—but also unfamiliar.
You begin choosing differently. More ease, more alignment and more consistency in being yourself.

## **What Changes**

This work doesn’t turn you into someone else.

**It brings you back to yourself.**

Over time, you may notice:

- You trust yourself more
- You respond instead of react
- You feel more emotionally steady
- You make decisions with more clarity
- You stop abandoning yourself in relationships
- You feel more present in your life
- You no longer feel like you’re constantly “figuring yourself out”

Not perfectly.

But genuinely.

If you’re in a season where things feel unclear, heavy, or quietly different from before, this is a space where you can slow down, make sense of it, and begin **finding your way back to yourself.**

You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin.

**You just need to be willing to look at yourself honestly—and be supported in doing it.**

I’m Jen—an **Identity & Self-Connection Coach** supporting women through **deeply personal transitions** and seasons of **inner disconnection**.

My work is grounded in **authenticity, empathy, trust**, and **deep connection**.

I draw on my training in the** Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach program**, alongside a deeply human and** intuitive approach** that helps women better understand what they’re experiencing, reconnect with themselves, and navigate change with greater clarity and self-trust.

## Ilse Joubert | South Africa

Jen has the exceptional gift of connecting very deeply and naturally with people, meeting them exactly where they are. Her personality makes you feel safe and familiar almost immediately, as though you have known each other for much longer than you actually have. She has the wisdom and insight of an old soul — the ability to see right through the chaos, identify the core issues, and find the words to help you understand how to address them. In just a few sessions, she has used more techniques and tools than I have experienced with any psychologist before. What makes her approach so special, though, is that you can genuinely feel that she is interested and that she truly cares. And this isn’t simply part of her professional role — it is authentically who she is in her everyday life. She is a warm, honest and gentle guide. Her calming presence leaves you feeling more grounded and more in control, while also helping you develop greater compassion and understanding for yourself.

## Marina Garcia de Mateo |South Africa

Jennifer has guided me through the rough part of finding myself again after becoming a mum. My desire to carry on with my professional life while being a present mother for my child was conflicting with some new emotions that were emerging. It’s easy to get lost if you don’t find the right words or the way to untangle the ‘new you’. Jennifer’s guidance to unveil my new vision was beyond useful. She allows space for something nice to come out, she listens and brings the right questions when needed. I recommend Jennifer as a women’s coach.

Thanks Jen

## Nina Baron | South Africa

I wholeheartedly recommend Jennifer as a truly exceptional life coach who has made an immeasurable difference in my life. Jen possesses a rare combination of empathy, wisdom and the ability to listen attentively without any judgement. Jen created a safe environment for me to be completely honest. Her thought-provoking questions allowed me to gain profound insight into the issues I was dealing with. Through her guidance I developed a clearer understanding of how to approach difficulties. If you are seeking a life coach who will genuinely care about your success and well-being, provide invaluable guidance, and empower you to become the best version of yourself, I wholeheartedly endorse Jen. She’s made all the difference in my life and I have no doubt that she will do the same for each one of her clients.

Big thank you Jen.
